ELEVATE CCBHC

Established in 2020, Elevate CCBHC started as recipients of a two-year federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) grant to expand quality health care to individuals without insurance and those underinsured. We use a "no walls" approach to provide behavioral health responses to anyone anywhere in Black Hawk County and surrounding areas.
