Darko Vesligaj's insatiable curiosity, spirit of enterprise and deep interest in his profession as a wealth manager led him to establish Elypse Partners in 2014. Prior to that, he worked for 10 years at UBS as an asset manager and head of international clients. In 1998, together with two other colleagues, he opened the Lausanne branch of Banque Julius Baer & Cie S.A.

Giuliano Lochner is an entrepreneur at heart who is very active in his professional and private life. He is committed to giving his all to his clients. After 20 years at various Swiss banks, and in several business sectors such as international loans, wealth management and investment funds, he managed a family office for almost seven years.

Stefano is precise by nature and very comfortable with the technicality required in wealth engineering and tax advice. He joined Elypse Partners when the firm was created to take charge of all aspects related to organising the company: financial management, legal and tax aspects, and the monitoring and management of risks related to wealth management activities.
