Ian is a professionally qualified Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience working within the public utilities, construction materials, and waste & recycling industries. Ian started his professional career as a project engineer with RMS NSW and Sydney Water. He then spent the next 9 years working in the extractive industry for Hanson, before joining Boral as the NSW State Recycling & Operations Manager where he worked for 10 years. Ian is a professionally qualified civil engineer with over 25 years management experience in both the public and private sectors within Australia.

Mark has a breadth of sales team building and management experience with organisations including Dial-A-Dump-Industries, Visy Industries, Sims Recycling Solutions, Sydney Waste Services, and Doyle Brothers. During his roles with Paintback, Sydney Waste Services, Doyle Brothers, and the Waste Contractors & Recyclers Association of NSW (WCRA), Mark honed his auditing, waste policy, quality assurance, and compliance management system skills. Mark has led commercial and local government waste tender processes and negotiated large and complex disposal and recycling contracts with an emphasis on value for money and high rates of resource recovery. Mark leads Enviregen's commercial sales and business development activities.
