La Estrella Home Care is dedicated to provide quality daily service to our client's safety and well-being in a healthy environment where clients are encouraged to stay active within their home and/or in the community and avoid long-term care facilities... La Estrella Home Care has been providing services to the community since 2002. We have been in compliance for nearly 2 decades and strive to improve every day. Our services are paid for by Medicaid Star Plus and by long term care services the HHSC. Our agency has provided services to over 1000 clients and has two Day Care facilities near the downtown area in San Antonio, TX.
