You'll see variety in my work and that is mainly because I am curious in nature, especially in the areas i'm interested in; mainly change related. The bulk of my experience and passion lie in solutioning and designing workshops that facilitate stakeholder alignment and creative problem solving. I love the sweet spot of problem definition and enjoy working on the before (user research) and after (ideation and conceptualisation - translating insights to design). I am always looking for new opportunities to challenge my thinking and hone my design skills.
