I used to work as a nurse, and it always bothered me that there weren't many fashionable scrub cap options available. Sewing had always been a creative outlet for me, something I enjoyed doing for my family. Then, the COVID-19 pandemic hit, and I discovered that our hospital was running short on scrub caps.Without a second thought, I decided to use my sewing skills to help. I had leftover fabric from making masks, so I started crafting scrub caps for my nurse friends. What started as a small act of kindness soon gained momentum thanks to the incredible support of my family.Together, we not only donated these caps but also began selling them, providing healthcare professionals with a broader range of comfortable and stylish headwear. It's astonishing how a simple idea and some leftover fabric can truly make a significant impact in the lives of those who selflessly serve our communities.
