Five Frogs is a hub of support for leaders at varying stages of their leadership journey. We are the only statewide, multi-sector leadership development organization building a movement for equity. We provide individual and group support that help leaders maximize strengths, learn from experience and leverage the power of an inclusive community of changemakers... We lead without pride or arrogance and are more effective leaders as a result of practice. We continue to learn, evolve and grow... We believe all people, especially those who have been historically marginalized, have unique talents to share. We challenge the status quo so that all can participate and reach their full potential
