In 2011 and 2012 Mr. Newton served in the role of a housing development specialist with Orlando Neighborhood Improvement Corporation (ONIC) during the planning and redevelopment of Emerald Villas, a 440-unit rental rehabilitation project in the Pine Hills community. Bishop Billy G. Newton serves as Executive Director of Future Leaders Community Development Corporation (FLCDC) in Orlando, Florida. Pastor Newton manages the staff and day to day operations of Future Leaders CDC. Mr. Newton has broad experience in both the public and private sectors.
