FOSFINOS

Fosfinos s.r.o. was established in 2020 in order to serve rising demand for special chemicals in life-science research. Our core competency is macrocyclic chemistry, especially in small to medium size azacycles equipped with various pendant arms further functionalised for selective bioconjugation. In the past, plenty of our compounds were selected for development of PET radiopharmaceuticals as well as 177Lu or 225Ac radiotherapeutics, some of them reaching the clinical stage. We offer development of organic syntheses, optimisation and scaling up already published processes prior to transfer to GMP production.
