Program Director with portfolio of grants to academic, commercial and nonprofit institutions, in biomedical technology, bioengineering, computation and instrumentation, and mental health and neuroscience... Principal Investigator in the intramural research program of the National Cancer Institute, and Section Chief of the Metabolic Control Section. Directed a research group consisting of postdoctoral fellow, students and laboratory technicians. Conducted research on the cytochrome P450 enzymes that metabolize drugs and carcinogens, and elucidation of the cellular signaling pathways related to cancer. Scientific disciplines employed include: biochemistry, biophysics, pharmacology, structural biology, computational chemistry.
