Welcome to Four County Home Inspections & Real Estate Services. My name is Daniel Dunlap - Certified Master Inspector, and I am the owner and lead inspector. My experience with homes is vast. In addition to home inspections, I am an active firefighter, as well as a real estate investor. This gives me insight into houses that is invaluable as a home inspector. I know where the issues are, how they manifest themselves, what comes up before, during, and after the inspection, and so much more. My name is Wayne Lehman, and I am an InterNACHI Certified Professional Home Inspector. My experience with houses started on the farm as a child, helping my dad with all of our home repairs and renovations. Then as an adult, I helped friends build homes from the ground up, and completed many of my own home renovations and home additions. My personality and curiosity lead me to dig deeper into issues to find the root cause.
