Fred LeVine Services (formerly known as Artworks Unlimited) was a small startup venture in 1969 by Fred LeVine, which was engaged in layout and designing printed circuit boards. Fred LeVine is an electronic engineer graduated from DeVry University, with a vast knowledge of designing and manufacturing pcb's. During that period, a lot of manual layouts were involved without the help of computers.
