Our work philosophy is simple: to create authentic wines that faithfully mirror their origin. We create "Terroir" wines, combining knowledge, art and nature to produce each wine with its own character... We work exclusively with traditional Portuguese grape varieties from Dão such as Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz, Jaen, Alvarelhão, Baga, Tinto Cão and Rufete and on white grapes the Encruzado, Cerceal, Bical, Fernão Pires and Barcelo, because we believe that the grape variety has a fundamental importance in the identity of a wine.
