Asad Majid

Asad received his medical training in Great Britain at the University of St. Andrews and University of Manchester. He then came to the United States for further specialist training in Internal Medicine and Nephrology at the Medical College of PA and Hahnemann University Hospitals. Asad is a member of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. Dr Majid has been with Fox Valley Nephrology since July 2020

Atif Qureshi

Atif received his medical degree from King Edward Medical College, Lahore, Pakistan. He completed his Residency and Nephrology Fellowship at Westchester Medical Center/New York Medical College and served on Faculty as Assistant Professor of Medicine and Nephrology at New York Medical College for four years before moving to Wisconsin in 2004. Atif takes a keen interest in teaching UW Madison Residents with the Family Practice Residency Program. He is board certified in Nephrology. Dr. Qureshi has been with Fox Valley Nephrology since July, 2004.

Jennifer McCormick

Jenny received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Physician Assistant studies from Marquette University. She has worked in the nephrology field since graduating and is a member of multiple professional organizations. Jennifer has been with Fox Valley Nephrology since September 2011.

John Thurlow

Dr Thurlow is the primary Nephrologist in our Prevea locations. He attended medical school at Rush Medical College, Chicago, Ill. He completed his residency for Internal Medicine at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium in San Antonio, Texas. Following that, his fellowship in Nephrology took place in Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Bethesda, Md. Dr Thurlow is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology and has professional affiliations with the American Society of Nephrology and the American College of Physicians. Dr Thurlow provides services for Chronic kidney disease, Glomerulopathies, Acute kidney injury, Fluid, electrolyte and acid-base disorders, Hypertensive disorders, Medical prevention of nephrolithiasis, Hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and Plasmapheresis. "I am committed to my patient's needs, treat them with compassion, and ensure they understand their diagnosis and follow-up instructions. I believe in building long-term patient relationships." Dr. Thurlow has been with Fox Valley Nephrology since March 2021.
