Geelong Neuro Centre was created by Sara and Lach in 2021 to meet the growing need for a multidisciplinary neurological service in Geelong, where clients and therapists can work together to achieve their goals. We are a passionate team providing care for adults and children with neurological conditions, offering occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, and speech pathology. We support clients with newly diagnosed conditions, as well as those needing ongoing rehabilitation and long-term care... The Geelong Neuro Centre is located in Belmont. We have 3 separate gym spaces all under the same roof as well as 21 individual treatment rooms and a dedicated wheelchair clinic...
