Hi, I'm George Szulc, a student Cloud Architect at A Cloud Guru. Learning new things is what I enjoy. I started my journey as an IT Help desk at a manufacturing plant. I was the wear all hats, as they call it, in the IT industry. There I learned many things in IT like, Network, Linux, and a little bit of coding. Currently, I'm working for a global company that is using cloud technology in its environment. I have been fortunate enough to get brought on board and start learning how they do things in a multi-cloud environment. When I'm not working or studying, I enjoy playing with my daughter and spending time with my family... In this role, I investigate and resolve technical issues affecting hardware, software applications, and networks. I meet the needs of users, providing Level 2, and Level 3 support over the telephone, through email, and via instant messaging, also provide support with AWS workspaces.
