Mr. Bello Farooq Suleiman is highly passionate in ecosystems management and alternative energy. He is the founder and Chairman of GEECI. Holding a bachelor in degree in Geology from the University of Amsterdam, Netherlands with Specializations in Hydrogeology and Geochemistry and a master's degree in Energy and Environment Management from the University of Twente Netherlands.
Farooq has skills in energy audit, demand side management, formulating project for climate change mitigation and clean energy, energy management in small and medium enterprises, environmental impact assessment. He is an Energy expert with an in-depth knowledge in renewable Energy and Energy efficiency, and is personally involved in social programs, policies that explicitly address gender, poverty & sustainable development.
