So I'm here to share pieces of my design journeys with you and hopefully help others as they cultivate a place of beauty in their own homes. Because of my design background, I'm a big believer in imaging spaces. Rendering has become an element of design that I love, love, love. I believe in living well within your means so I have a budget for furnishings that I try to keep to (hence the aforementioned ‘patient' description of my husband). But it is a fun challenge to create rooms of beauty that weren't purchased from a catalogue. For me, it's the same as that thrill of finding an Anthropologie skirt at a thrift store for $5 (yes that happened once). I don't know where this new blogging adventure will take me but I'm excited to find out and I'm excited you're here! I'm also super-excited for anyone that's made it to the end of this "a little bit about me" book.
