Amberley has many years of experience in the automotive F&I industry. She joined Global Lending Services after 4 1/2 years with Safe-Guard Products International, LLC, where she worked with Safe-Guard's and GLS's Founder & Chairman, Douglas Duncan. While at Safe-Guard, Amberley worked closely with industry agents, executives, and personnel. At GLS, Amberley is responsible for managing strategic partner relationships with Captives and other lenders. She is also responsible for the company's marketing; this includes all web development, DMS management, print materials and conference planning/execution. Amberley received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University.

Dan Bankson joined GLS in 2014 as Chief Credit and Analytics Officer. For over 25 years, he has focused on modeling and analytics and has extensive experience leading modeling and analytics teams. Dan was formerly the Senior Vice President of Predictive Analytic Products at Valen Analytics for six years. He provided predictive model scores to the property and casualty insurance industry. Prior to Valen Analytics, he worked for Capital One Auto Finance where he oversaw model development and led strategic modeling and data initiatives.

Dennis joined GLS as Chief Operating Officer in 2015. He has spent the last 30+ years of his career in the auto lending industry building highly effective teams and profitable companies through his vast experience in all aspects of the business. Previously, Dennis co-founded CarFinance Capital LLC and served as Chief Operating Officer. He has held Executive positions at Fireside Bank, Triad Financial, Household Automotive Finance Corporation, and WFS Financial. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from San Diego State University.

Doug Duncan has been chairman of GLS since he founded the Company 2011 and has a $30 million equity investment in the Company. He founded Safe-Guard, which was formed in 1992 and supports thousands of dealers nationwide with multiple products and services. In 2012, Doug sold his equity in Safe-Guard to Goldman Sachs. He has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry having held various positions at dealerships, including F & I Manager, Sales Manager, and General Manager.
With more than 10 years Human Resources experience, Kathleen has supported the strategic initiatives of growing organizations in the education, financial services, and healthcare industries. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of South Carolina Upstate. She served two local school districts before teaming up with an independent investor as Co-Founder and Director of Palmetto International Preparatory School. Before joining GLS in 2012, Kathleen held progressive HR roles with Bon Secours St. Francis Health System and Canal Insurance Company.
Kristen joined GLS in 2017 and has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry with a concentration in creditors' rights, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining GLS, Kristen was a Partner in a regional law firm in Raleigh, North Carolina. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Miami University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Wake Forest University School of Law.
Mark McCall joined GLS in 2012 and has over 23 years of financial services and investment banking experience. Prior to joining GLS, he held senior leadership positions at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Wachovia Securities, Bank of America Securities, Lehman Brothers, and Morgan Stanley. Mark raised capital and provided advisory services for specialty finance companies.
Mike Miller joined GLS in 2013 and has over 25 years of experience in the auto finance industry. Mike worked at AmeriCredit Corp. from 1991 until 2003 where he held several leadership positions including Chief Credit Officer and Chief Operating Officer. At AmeriCredit Corp., he helped to grow the portfolio to $15 billion by leading the development of the analytics, technology, marketing, and operational areas. He was a founding leader and Chief Strategy and Technology Officer for Sixth Gear, Inc. from 2007 until 2008, where he led the build-out of the technology platform to help launch the business.

Steve joined GLS as Chief Executive Officer in 2013. Steve has over 20 years' experience in the auto finance industry and was a pioneer in leveraging data, technology, and automation to revolutionize the auto finance industry. Prior to GLS, Steve was a Managing Vice President at Capital One for 14 years. He was part of the executive team that built Capital One's auto finance business into one of the largest and most innovative companies in the market. Steve is also a retired Captain from the U.S. Army.
