Hello, our names are Curtis Billings and Maxwell Williams, and we are the co-founders of the Gradoux Group. For many years we made our primary livings as a theatre actor (Curtis) and a theatre director (Max). We have both worked at dozens upon dozens of professional theatres across the country, from regional to Off-Broadway to Broadway in our individual careers. Beyond acting and directing, we have both worked in multitudinous facets of this business over decades; from building sets and hanging lights to playwriting, producing, and filmmaking, we have our hands in virtually every aspect of our industry over the years... We believe that robust collaboration is critical to making great theatre and film, and we consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have worked with a dizzying array of supremely gifted collaborators in our time.
