Established by the Maller family in 1998, Hamilton Park Wagyu beef is renowned for its quality taste, marbling and marketability in Australian domestic and international markets across 22 countries world-wide. Selwyn and Jocelyn Maller are third generation graziers. They conduct their 2500 wagyu breeder operation across their Maranoa Region and South Burnett aggregations where they have successfully integrated fodder production into their paddock to plate process. The quality of HPW beef is attested by its consistent Gold Medal winning performances in the Wagyu Branded Beef Competition's Fullblood Category. Hamilton Park Wagyu has now won this award numerous years in a row. 5 Sumo heifers and 10 Mayura heifers have been the key to our success in breeding and supplying the 2018 Grand Champion Branded Beef Competition for the Mort & Co Phoenix brand.
