The Guam ACTE was incorporated by the following individuals in 2017: Dr. Sam Mabini Young, Dr. Bert Johnston (GCA Trades Academy), Rose Marie Nanpei (GCC), Eric Chong (GCC), Marivic Schrage (GCC), and Joseph Sanchez (Guam DOE)... The Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE) is the largest national education association dedicated to the advancement of education that prepares youth and adults for successful careers. Our mission is to provide educational leadership in developing a competitive workforce.
