HAYLEY AYTON

Hayley (she/her) is a warm and empathic Clinical Psychologist who enjoys working collaboratively with adults to help achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. She creates a non-judgemental space for clients to discuss their current difficulties and work on strategies so that they can navigate more effectively through life's challenges. Hayley helps clients with their difficulties through the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and Mindfulness-based therapeutic interventions depending on client needs... Hayley has a Bachelor of Science with Honours degree as well as a Master of Psychology (Clinical Psychology) degree from the University of Melbourne.
