Terry Kelsey is a Senior Staff Appraiser for Hillcrest Appraisal. Terry brings over 30 years of appraisal experience to Hillcrest Appraisal. Terry is a dedicated employee who is very knowledgeable in the Twin Cities real estate market. Terry specializes in both conventional and FHA related appraisal work.
