As delta 9 thc breaks down, some of the delta 9 converts to CBN (inactive cannabinoid) while a small percentage is converted to the more stable delta 8. We make all of our delta 8 products from hemp. Everything contains less than .3% delta 9 THC, ( the federal limit). There are a few types of THC in the cannabis plant. The most common are the delta 8 and delta 9. Despite similarities, in the structure of these compounds, the effects and legality of delta 8 and delta 9 are very different.
