- Following her Diploma in Performing Arts, Alison began her career travelling all over the world as a stage performer. Then a nautical career beckoned and whilst circumnavigating the globe with P&O/Princess Cruises, Alison rose through the ranks to achieve the position of Cruise Director. After arriving in France, Alison worked as a Charter Assistant before looking for a new challenge, and is delighted to be working at Hill Robinson as Yacht Administrator.

- Originally from Bulgaria, Angel brings over 15 years of maritime experience to the team at Hill Robinson. He began his career working on commercial ships in 2005. This experience allowed him to travel extensively across all oceans of the world, circumnavigating the globe in both directions in less than a year. In 2009 Angel joined his first yacht in the Middle East and was immediately captivated by the industry. After working through the ranks at sea and earning his unlimited Captain's license Angel was offered a land based role as operations manager at a medical staffing agency but his love for the sea and passion for all things maritime brought him back to yachting. His expertise includes client relations, operations, safety, flag and class compliance, technical management and training and onboarding of senior crew. Naturally handy and always up for a challenge, Angel loves tinkering and can fix just about anything (most of the time). An avid cyclist, Angel enjoys building and repairing road bikes in his free time.

- James has over 17 years' experience in various roles within the engineering and manufacturing industries. After completing his bachelors degree in 2000, he started working as a project engineer in a pulp & paper mill near Durban, South Africa. Lured by an opportunity to work on international construction projects, James moved base to the UK in 2005 and joined a manufacturing company specialising in the design and supply of heavy-duty mining machinery. James has developed a keen eye for formulating commercial arrangements and contracts, which brought him to the beautiful Isle of Man in 2012, where he took on further legal duties.
James joined Hill Robinson in October 2018.

- Karl, who is also a passionate sailor, obtained his degree in Naval Architecture in his home country the Netherlands. He started his yachting career at Koersvelt Yacht Projects B.V. as a Project Engineer where he represented various Owners and managed their new builds. Further to that also developed an ISO certified Quality Control system as a management tool.
In 2007 Karl joined Hill Robinson International to further develop his career as a Senior Project Manager and Owner's Representative. He managed several large New Build and Refit projects in Germany. In 2015 he was requested to join the Board and became a Director. He is now leading various project teams of highly qualified Project Managers and Engineers that are working on projects all over the World for maritime and aviation projects.

Kurt Fraser - Chief Commercial Officer

- Originally from Vancouver, Kurt grew up on the water around the west coast of Canada and spent time as a whale watching skipper and guide. His early career was with the government of British Columbia as a small business advisor and a strategy director for a multi-disciplinary creative agency. He went on to specialise in luxury resort real estate sales and marketing, launching several notable beach, golf, and ski resorts around the world including a renowned Mediterranean superyacht marina.
Kurt spent several years as a sales and marketing director where he promoted a portfolio of superyacht marinas in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Middle East. More recently, he was the global director of marketing at superyacht brokerage where he orchestrated the company's rebrand and was responsible for several compelling yacht marketing campaigns. He went on to serve as sales and marketing director for boutique yacht brokerage where he grew both the sales and charter fleet and played a lead broker role in notable sales for the company.
In his role in the Hill Robinson group, Kurt is responsible for marketing direction of the Hill Robinson and Moravia Yachting brands, and leading the yacht sales, retail charter, and charter management teams.
Kurt joined Hill Robinson in April 2020.

- Nick started his sailing career at Oyster Yachts in Ipswich in 1980 before university, delivering his first yacht to the Caribbean in 1984. A degree in geography from Cambridge certainly helped finding his way! It was in Antigua that Nick joined Jessica, the 3 masted schooner, as first officer he enjoyed the experience of learning how to run a large yacht. For the next 10 years as captain on yachts such as Orejona, Astrape, Dwyn Wen, Philanderer, and Thendara, Nick gained experience in different cruising areas, notably the East Med, USA, Caribbean and SE Asia.
After qualifying with an MBA from Imperial College London in 1994, Nick joined Camper & Nicholsons to set up and run the charter management department, in London, then Monaco. In 2001 Nick and Niall founded Hill Robinson International in London, followed by Yacht Management Consultants in France shortly after. Since then the company has grown and expanded to the USA, IOM and Cyprus supporting a larger fleet and significant projects. His passion for yachting and hands on approach has contributed to the success of the Hill Robinson group.
