Since then, Hogar Crea, Inc. has focused on preventing substance and alcohol abuse, and offering therapeutic alternatives to recover and rehabilitate individuals from these addictions... Hogar CREA is a non-profit organization with over half a century of presence and significant contributions in the prevention and recovery of alcohol and substance abuse. The organization was founded in 1968 by Juan José García Ríos in Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico.
