Cristina has held many roles since she started in 2014 with the Medical courier side with her primary role being the CFO of Roy's Medical Service. Her role as Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of C&H Ideal Hiring Enterprise since its inception in 2017, has catapulted her and the Company to unprecedented success. Her commitment to excellence coupled with her exceptional leadership and mentoring skills have proven to be significant to the success of C&H. C&H Ideal Hiring Enterprise was founded by Hada Grullon in November 2017, when she saw the need for hiring temporary personnel for a major hospital in South Florida. The opportunity came and today, three years later, C&H Ideal Hiring Enterprise is set up under the leadership of Ms. Cristina Grullon. Her company employed over 100 people and over 35 permanent job positions were hired by a major hospital and lab in South Florida.
