İliya Gülerşen Fabric Store founded in 1958 started its retailing life with the sale of the best fabric of those days Altınyıldız fabrics and miscellaneous tailor's tools available in that days. With the release of fabric imports to Turkey in 1984, agreements were made with Dormeuil and Wain Shiell, the leading British fabric brands. In the same year, accessories such as primer, interlining, buttons and rigging were imported for fabrics from England. In 1990, fabrics of Libeco and Lagae, the leading linen brand in Belgium for shirt, dresses, jackets and trousers; in 1993, all the fabrics that a man needs in 12 months of the year with metal and leather buttons from Italy have been made available at the store. The store, which was operated only on the ground floor in 1997, has been restored and gained classical English style and has started to serve on 3 floors.
