INDUS ENGINEERING - Key Persons
Fayyaz Khan, the founder of Indus Engineering, has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Initially, he worked with mechanical contracting firms and gained the experience in designing, estimating, scheduling and project management. In this period, he worked on extra luxury residences in Hampton NY, new residential and hospitality building and public projects. Later, he joined MEP/FP consulting engineering field where he had the opportunity to design MEP/FP system of many new residential, hospitality, office, health care, educational buildings and numerous fit out projects which includes retail spaces, office space commercial kitchen, restaurants, cultural space and many more.
He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in mechanical engineering his master's degree is from The City College of City University of New York. He remains up to date on the recent trends and knowledge in the field through continuous professional development. He has completed numerous industry related MEP/FP courses from NYU and other professional bodies. His both end experience and continuous learning refined him very well in designing of the MEP/FP system He is personally involved in all projects to ensure quality and innovative constructability. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states and a LEED Accredit Professional.
