With almost 20 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist, Dan is well versed in digital, print, radio, and tv advertising. Prior to joining Inner Spark, Dan worked in several major markets including Atlanta, Nashville, and Austin. This provided him with opportunities to work with a variety of clients - from smaller mom & pop shops to nationally recognized brands including Coca-Cola. Dan's professional experience and marketing certifications provide him the ability to develop and nurture client relationships and help businesses grow.
Dayton is a graduate of Auburn University with over 20 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, illustration, and publication design in the Auburn area and beyond. His creative projects have included websites, book series, posters, magazines, greeting cards, and interactive art. He oversees the conception and production of the visual aspects of our clients' projects, from an initial napkin scribble to the published product.
Jarrett is the recipient of a National Silver ADDY Award for graphic design from the American Advertising Federation. He is responsible for sculpting creative solutions and developing integrated strategies for clients. Prior to co-founding Inner Spark, Jarrett lead a small in-house marketing team for university involvement. His background includes over 15 years of professional experience specializing in graphic design, publication design, branding, and social media marketing and management.
Joel is responsible for web design, SEO, photography, and the business operations of the agency. His decades of experience managing a professional photography studio in the Auburn area uniquely qualify him to ensure optimal efficiency at Inner Spark. His years of experience extend beyond portrait and product photography into radio production and management, direct response marketing, and media services.
Born and raised in Auburn, AL, Kelsey is no stranger to the Auburn community. In 2014, she graduated from the University of Mobile with honors before moving on to handle marketing and graphic design for Spicer's Music. Prior to joining the Inner Spark team, Kelsey was a communications coordinator for an international fitness brand. Since then, she has developed her background to include experience in web design, email marketing, and social media management. Her experience will prove useful for digital media creations and brand display.
Maleah is a copywriter and marketing specialist from Prattville, Alabama. After graduating from the University of Alabama in Communication and Information Sciences, she pursued her career in digital marketing and has carried that experience with her to Inner Spark Creative. Her passion for writing and client relations aids her in the role of Account Coordinator. With a desire to help companies and small businesses grow in their marketing, she works with Inner Spark Creative to conjure strong and effective marketing plans. Maleah looks forward to growing her career with Inner Spark Creative and to experiencing the gratification that comes with helping other businesses flourish.
Rachael has recently relocated from Melbourne, Australia to Auburn in order to gain international experience in the PR and marketing industry. Graduating from RMIT University with a Masters of Communications and a career in the communications industry spanning over five years, Rachael has built strong stakeholder and media networks in the lifestyle and corporate space. Rachael has most recently led PR, above the line marketing and digital campaigns for global automotive brand BMW. She has professional experience on both the agency and client side and is fundamental for communication with all clients.
