In August of 2022, Innovation Training & Consulting's president, Diana Baldi, and her husband, Bruce Baldi, passed away unexpectedly... For the past 15 years, Diana enjoyed working through her business - everything from the details of her clients' ISO management systems to making internal auditing fun and networking with others... She even got her family involved. She hired one daughter, Josie, to manage her website, marketing emails, and miscellaneous other business-related tasks. She also found ways to include her other daughters, Brooke and Siena, by having them contribute with their artistic skills on various projects (e.g., Siena animated the octopus below). Earlier this year, she had Bruce join the team as Lead Regulatory Scientist.
