Chuck is the founder and CEO of Interact Technologies LLC. Chuck is well known in the hospitality industry as a technology innovator. He is a media industry executive with over 30 years of experience providing entertainment, media content distribution and Internet services to the hospitality industry. Prior to starting Interact, Chuck held senior executive positions with leading hospitality integrators including Sonifi (formerly LodgeNet), Guest-Tek, and Quadriga Worldwide (formerly NxTV).
Chuck's talents and experience run the gamut from management, emerging technologies, sales and business development to digital distribution & platforms, over-the-top (OTT), Cloud IPTV and strategic alliances. His passion has led him to found Interact, a company that promises to improve and simplify technology integration to multi-family, hospitality and other multi-tenant venues.
Our '4th Utility', provides managed Internet, Wi-Fi, digital streaming media and IoT connected devices that provide benefits to residents and owners alike.
Chuck holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration from Augustana College, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Jim Siemonsma is a financial services industry executive with extensive experience in the areas of client engagement, financial planning, estate planning and institutional account management. Mr. Siemonsma is currently a Managing Director at Mariner Wealth Advisors, a Barrons Top 5 Ranked Registered Investment Advisor Firm based in Kansas City, KS. Jim has overseen tremendous growth in Omaha, NE where he resides. In addition to managing the Omaha, NE office, he has overseen the addition of offices in Sioux Falls, SD, Rapid City, SD, Des Moines, IA and Rochester, MN. Mr Siemonsma has been recognized by both Barrons and Forbes as a top 10 ranked financial advisor in his home state of Nebraska. Additionally, Jim served in the Army Reserves as a Field Artillery Officer for over 24 years and retired as a Major in 2010. He also holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel as a Military Intelligence Officer in the US Army. Kenneth has a Bachelor of Science in Bio-medical Engineering from East Tennessee State University and a Master of Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology.

He has served as advisory board members for Microsoft and has been twice interviewed by Steve Forbes as an expert in technology driven business performance. Ron has traveled from Paris to Dubai as a speaker and consultant for countless companies and organizations.
