Brian Fisher currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Grace Bible Church in College Station, Texas. Under Brian's leadership for the last twenty years, Grace is a multi-site church with global impact and a vibrant ministry to thousands of Texas A&M University students. Brian has worked in a variety of ministry roles and contexts for more than 30 years. He's passionate about investing in the development of other ministry leaders, multiplying disciples of Christ, planting churches, sending laborers to the nations, and communicating God's Word with clarity, passion and relevance. He has a master's degree and doctorate from Dallas Theological Seminary and bachelor's degree in economics from Texas A&M University. He and his wife, Tristie, have two children, Ben and AnnaJoy, ages 17 and 20.

Daron Ball develops ministry leaders with contagious enthusiasm, relentless optimism, and substance of character. He leans into every leader he coaches with intentionality and care. Daron's unique perspective comes from twenty years in pastoral ministry and church planting, with the majority of those years serving at The Church on the Way as a part of Dr. Jack Hayford's pastoral leadership team. Daron has decades of business leadership as the Founder and President of WDB Enterprises where he built a high-performing med-device marketing team in Colorado that continues to thrive and grow. He has an M.Div. from The Kings University and loves to serve the body of Christ. When Daron is not winning championships on the golf course, he's spending time with his wife, Abby, and his three children, Billy, Bobby, and Bailey.
Darrell is a seasoned professional with proven success working in the Christian Retail Industry, serving in a Director role for one of America's largest churches. Darrell has spent the last 10 years planting and pastoring a vibrant life-giving church in the Midwest known for reaching people far from God and leading them into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Darrell brings his extensive experience in ministry, his self-deprecating humor, and exceptional speaking skills to the Intregrus team and looks forward to supporting pastors and their teams as they navigate the challenges of ministry. His passion to help pastors develop strategies and systems to advance their ministry and God's Kingdom comes through in his ability to walk beside those in ministry. Darrell is passionate about Christa, his wife of 24 years, mentoring his son thru his college age, traveling the world, and dark chocolate - not necessarily in that order.
Dr. JoAnn Hummel graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts degree in Theology and Christian Education. She has served for 29 years on the pastoral team at Bent Tree Bible Fellowship in Carrollton, Texas. Her current role is Pastor of Shared Leadership.
A gifted communicator, JoAnn speaks with humor, sensitivity, and insight into the Scriptures and is passionate about helping people experience the abundant life found only in Jesus Christ. In addition to teaching, preaching, and leading at Bent Tree, JoAnn has traveled widely to train existing and emerging church leaders around the world. She is currently leveraging her depth of leadership wisdom and experience to mentor and coach women.
JoAnn will graduate in 2023 with a doctorate in transformational leadership. She lives in Lewisville with her dog, Fergus, the Sheepadoodle.
Glenn Robinson served as President of the Waco, Texas Region of Baylor Scott & White Health from 2007 to 2020. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama, but, like all good Georgia boys, still roots for his beloved Bulldogs. Glenn has more than 30 years' experience in hospital and healthcare management, he is board certified in healthcare management, and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Glenn also teaches in the MBA Program at Baylor University and serves as an Adjunct Lecturer for Trinity University. Glenn has served as a board member or chair of the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce, Waco Business League, Truett Seminary, Prosper Waco Board, Pine Cove Christian Camps, Hannah's Hope Ministries, and Restoration Gateway - a ministry that operates an orphanage and a 120-bed hospital in rural Uganda. Glenn and his wife, Rhonda are members of Harris Creek Baptist Church in Waco, and they have three children: Josh (married to Lauren), Jacob (married to Melissa), and Sarah Kathryn (married to Jordan Hannah). In his spare time, Glenn is an avid reader. He and Rhonda enjoy travelling - but most of all spending time with their five grandchildren - Pierce, Caden, Colt, Annie, and Elijah - (and grilling on his Big Green Egg).

As an educator for nearly 20 years, Jeri Bisbee has worked to develop leaders from the classroom to the boardroom. As a coach and trainer, she thrives on developing healthy leaders who create cultures of trust and accountability in their organizations. Jeri's wealth of experience pulls from senior leadership in education as a principle, a public servant, a ministry leader, and a military wife. Relationships and communication are vital to Jeri, and she is diligent in seeking ways in which to collaborate with those she serves to create a vibrant culture where all members of the community feel safe and appreciated and ultimately celebrated. Jeri resides in the Denver-metro area with her husband, two grown sons, two daughters-in-love and 2 grandbabies. She loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, and skiing as the seasons permit.

A proven leader and executive coach, Karen Durkin brings more than 35 years of business and ministry expertise. Karen is passionate about working with entrepreneurs, executives, and servant leaders who understand that it is character and faith that guide their efforts to lead others while contributing their talents in a fulfilling career. Her career includes serving as Partner at HRC Certified Public Accounting firm, Director of Administration of the Finance Shared Services Center at MGM Resorts International and has served on and supported numerous Boards of Directors of faith-based organizations. Karen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana. She currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Executive MBA program in the Lee School of Business at UNLV. Karen enjoys adventure, travel, and reading to learn about new people and cultures. She and her husband John have been married for 30 years and reside in Colorado. They are the proud parents and biggest fans of their two amazing children, Casey and Joy.

Nick Gardner catalyzes ministry leaders to walk in a healthy and effective pace of life, ministry, and family. Nick spent most of his career as a high-level ministry leader and educational coach. He spearheaded the residency program at The Life Church (Memphis, TN), which invested in hundreds of next generation disciple-makers. Everywhere Nick goes he invests his time with college students and young adults by hosting a weekly family dinner--Jesus changed the world from the dinner table. What started as four eager students needing a hot meal and good community, has multiplied into hundreds of lives changed through God's Word. Nick lives in College Station, Texas with his wife Kathryn and their two cats. When he is not working out or reading a good book, Nick can be found eating tacos, lots of tacos!
After 32 years in banking, Terry retired from JPMorgan Chase as a Managing Director, moving into the nonprofit sector as a leader at WaterStone, a Christian Foundation, where he served for over six years.
Most of Terry's career has been centered in Corporate/Commercial Banking and Treasury Management where he has held a number of leadership roles. As a Certified Treasury Professional, Terry has spoken at numerous conferences on various treasury management topics and has been honored as a "Hall of Fame Banker" by the Houston Treasury Management Association.
Terry and his wife of 38 years, Barbara, graduates of Baylor University, have three adult sons, a daughter-in-law and precious granddaughter. They reside in The Woodlands area and are active in their church and community where they serve on several nonprofit boards.
Serving in vocational ministry for the last 25 years, Tod's led both large and small ministries in various roles as a team player and in the corner office. He has served as a lead pastor, associate pastor, church planter, and denominational leader. Tod sensed a call to ministry while in the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M University. Upon graduating from A&M, he earned a master's degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminar and a Doctorate from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Tod is married to Deborah, and they have a high school daughter named Danielle. The Tanners live in the Nashville, TN area and moved there to help plant a church. Tod is now working as the Vice President for the Tennessee Baptist Foundation. He enjoys Middle Tennessee, but misses Texas Bar-B-Que.
