Jonathan is the Founder and CEO of Skye Capital, a real estate investment firm that raises private equity funds for commercial real estate deals nationwide. He is a successful entrepreneur, experienced Realtor, and real estate investor active in the multifamily apartment space. He is currently invested in real estate and business syndications nationwide.
Real estate investing has always been a passion of his, starting with the purchase of single-family rentals and mortgage notes years ago and discovering the idea of leverage and passive income to achieve financial independence and create generational wealth. For the past few years, he has concentrated on investing in syndications, particularly in the multifamily asset class. He enjoys helping investors navigate the process, and providing resources and education for them including using different vehicles to earn passive income.
At Skye Capital, Jonathan and his team help oversee all due diligence of acquisitions, capital raising efforts, investor relations, and asset management for his firm.
Jonathan prides himself on providing great customer service as a building block to creating long-term relationships with investors. A California native, he has been living in the Silicon Valley, San Francisco Bay Area for over a decade with his wife and two sons.
