Jackson Ng holds a master's degree specializing in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern Queensland (USQ). He is a Certified Professional Trainer, an international qualification he earned from International Professional Managers Association (IPMA, UK). He is also a professional member of Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS). Today, he is the co-founder at Master Trainers Consulting and Coaching Sdn Bhd. Since 2017, Jackson and his partner, Miss Ong were approved to run for HRD Corp Train The Trainer Certification Program in Malaysia.
