Cara was born and raised in Kokomo and graduated from Kokomo High School in 1995. After high school, she went on to Purdue University where she earned her Veterinary Technician degree. In June 1999, Cara received her certification from the Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners as a Registered Veterinary Technician. In 2008, she became the clinic's Practice manager.
Cara is married to her husband Andy and they have two children, Ethan and Jack. They also have 1 cat named Gwen and a Pomeranian named Todd. Cara enjoys spending her personal time with her family and friends. She is actively involved in the following professional organizations:

Dr. Corey Swart is a native of Kokomo. He graduated from Western High School before obtaining his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from Indiana University Kokomo in 2003. He then continued his education at Purdue University where he graduated in 2008 from the School of Veterinary Medicine. In his spare time, Corey enjoys reading a good book, exercising, and spending time with friends and family. Oscar, a Mini Bernedoodle is his current sidekick. Along with dogs and cats, he is also interested in pocket pets.

Dr. Katie Rigsby is originally from Kokomo, IN. She graduated from Northwestern High School before obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Purdue University. She then worked for Merial Animal Health for 6 years as a sales representative and sales trainer in Atlanta, Georgia and Cincinnati, Ohio. From there, she went on to graduate from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. In her spare time, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband Mitchell and her two children, Ansley and Tripp. Their dog, Toby and cat, Henry are their beloved pets. When not practicing veterinary medicine, Katie enjoys running, cooking, and vacationing on the beach. She is an active member at South Creek Church of God.
Katie has an interest in all areas of veterinary medicine that involves treating dogs, cats, pocket pets, and reptiles.

Karen was born in Howard county and has lived all of her life in Galveston, Indiana. She is married to her husband Brian. Together they have 2 daughters, Megan and Kristen, and 2 grand daughters, Makenna and Aleyna, who live overseas with her parents Kristen and Daniel. They have a cat named Kitty.

Education: Purdue University Hometown: Kokomo, In Pets: Russ and Bizzy (poodles) and Ivy(cat) Melissa was born and raised in Kokomo and graduated from Kokomo High School in 2002. She went on to Purdue University where she graduated in 2006 with her Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Technology. She became a Registered Veterinary Technician in 2006. She started as a volunteer in our volunteer program at the age of 13 and was hired as a animal care assistant in March 2000 and has enjoyed working with animals ever since. Melissa is currently our Inventory Manager.
Melissa is married to her husband Brian since 2011 and they have 1 daughter named Amelia. Melissa and Brian enjoy watching Purdue sports and hanging out with her friends and family. She also enjoys spending time outside and working in the yard and gardening. She and Brian share their home with her two Poodles, Russ and Bizzy, and one cat, Ivy.
