Demetra Kalivas, managing Broker for Equity Union, is a San Fernando Valley native and was born and raised in Northridge. She started her career in real estate in 1993 after 15 years in banking, where she quickly advanced from the teller window to assistant to the bank president and eventually managed bank operations. Demetra has extensive knowledge as a real estate investment and financial advisor, and with acquisitions and dispositions. Her specialty is residential real estate contracts and real estate legal compliance. Demetra has managed real estate brokerage offices for more than 20 years and is currently Equity Union Real Estate's Managing Broker.
Hi there, my name is Mary Del Favero and I'm a passionate Realtor® whose main purpose in real estate is to help everyone I meet. There is nothing that brings me more joy than being able to successfully navigate my clients through their complex real estate journeys, no matter how long they take. I completely understand that the task of buying or selling a home is no simple task and certainly not an overnight decision, and that is the exact reason why I make sure I make this process as comfortable and stress free for my clients as possible. Buying or selling a home is often an emotional undertaking for my clients and this is probably one of my favorite things about my career. It means everything to me to be part of such an emotional time in my client's lives and I love being there for them through every moment. One of the things I value most is my relationship with my clients and the trust they have in me. I love getting to know them throughout our journey together and it is always my goal to have them become my client for life. I take great pride in providing my clients with all their real estate needs. I hold a degree in Graphic Design and have extensive knowledge in marketing and photography and absolutely love getting to showcase these skills to my clients and enjoy using these skills to help them reach their goals. Some of my other passions include veganism, art, and volunteering with animal rescues & special needs students.
Tina Ghiani serves as Equity Union Real Estate‘s amazing Transaction Coordinator. She functions as a liaison between all parties involved in each transaction, including clients, escrow companies, lenders, and others. She does a stellar job of efficiently managing all the complex administrative tasks necessary for a smooth and successful real estate sale.
Zach Pomer started his Real Estate career during his Sophomore year of college in 2016 when he joined Keller Williams Studio City as an assistant to a top agent in the office. Gaining valuable insights into the complexities of a real estate transaction and helping to implement proven systems, Zach aided that agent in tripling her business during the fiscal year and within 8 months was promoted to the Marketing Director of the Keller Williams Encino-Sherman Oaks Office. As the Marketing Director, Zach is responsible for the marketing, communication and business development efforts of the agents and the office. In addition to strategic business development efforts, he directs media relations, branding of numerous subsidiary companies, social media, print advertising and website development. He is dedicated to creating unique and personal real estate solutions for The ISO Realty brand.
