Quite legitimately, you might be wondering, what qualifies me to provide these services and actually be useful to you on a practical level. I'm not a counsellor, I'm not a mediator, I'm kind of an agent for positive change; maybe a mindset or transformation coach. In reality, I'm attempting to bridge a gap in services and the concept of how I work is probably can't be summed up in one word... I have had the pleasure (mostly) of working with children and families in difficulty for over 20 years. During that time, I've predominantly worked with ‘hard to reach' families through Education Services, Youth Justice and Safeguarding/Social Care. I'm passionate about assisting people to determine a better-lived experience, mainly through empowerment and education, informed by many theories, studies and research.
