Camille Mavelian

Camille serves at the direction of the company's CEO for the preparation and the review of legal documents and corporate transactions involving acquisitions, mergers, partnerships and other business ventures. Camille has served as a legal associate at Waters, Kraus & Paul, where she prepared legal documents, conducted legal research, and analyzed case materials along with the generation of depositions, motions, and briefs for civil and criminal cases. Prior to this position, Camille worked as a legal associate for both the criminal and civil divisions of the U. S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Texas, organizing discovery, testimony, research, and preparation for depositions. In the Dallas City Attorney's Office, Camille assisted attorneys in both the general counsel division and the litigation division with legal research and writing for various litigation projects. Over five years, Camille held several positions in the Office of United States Senator John Cornyn (R-Texas). She served in roles such as hiring officer and an intern director of the Dallas Office of Senator Cornyn. Camille also went on to serve as the Senior Homeland Security Specialist for the Department of State, focusing on US border relations and National Security protocols. Here, Camille served many roles, including lead translator of Spanish and Arabic languages. Camille's education began at Austin College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts, majored in Finance & Economics, International Governments, and Spanish. Camille also did overseas graduate study furthering her international studies at Universidad de Unibe in the Dominican Republic. Camille's other graduate work includes the University of Pennsylvania (Arabic Fellowship Program) and Southern Methodist University (MBA and Masters in Corporate Finance.) Dipak Joshi - CFO

Dipak Joshi serves as JBB Advanced Technologies' Chief Financial Officer, leading all aspects of Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, Financial Planning, and Analysis. This includes financial oversight for JBB Advanced Technologies' existing holdings along with multiple pending acquisitions. Dipak brings more than 13 years of experience in CFO roles for multi-national technology companies. Before relocating to Dallas, he was based in San Francisco as CFO at SightCall, the world's leading cloud platform for live visual support, with offices in the U.S. and six foreign countries. Dipak successfully led a campaign to raise $27M in private equity and $15M in debt, while achieving a $5M improvement in working capital through the renegotiation of agreements with clients and vendors. For five years, during which revenue grew from $17 to $50 million, he held the position of CFO for Rainberry/BitTorrent, one of the world's most widely used protocols for peer-to-peer transfer of large files over the web. (In 2016, he served as Interim Chief Executive Officer, leading a restructuring and acquisition of the business.) At BitTorrent, Dipak oversaw the financials behind the spin-off of an enterprise SaaS product line as a separate entity and due diligence supporting the acquisition of the Poloniex cryptocurrency exchange from Circle Inc. At Fuze, Inc., a business developing video collaboration software, Dipak directed the transition from a public company to a privately held entity with the spinoff of two companies, as well as a migration from a consumer model to an enterprise model. Dipak's professional experience also includes four years at Google as Corporate Financial Controller and three years at eBay as Director of Acquisitions (overseeing 41 acquisitions) and European Finance Director (based in Switzerland.) A graduate of England's University of Manchester with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Dipak also earned a Master of Business Administration at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Ferhat Guven - Chief Investment Officer

Ferhat Guven serves as JBB Advanced Technologies' Chief Investment Officer, leading the company's new acquisition and investment strategies. These responsibilities include leading and managing JBBAT's renewable energy, real estate, and other advanced technology investments. Ferhat is also responsible for capital raising (debt and equity) and identifying strategic partnerships and future acquisitions. Ferhat has 25-years of global entrepreneurial private equity and investment and capital raising experience spanning the United States, Europe, Middle East, and Latin America. Prior to joining JBBAT, Ferhat was a Managing Director and co-founder of Domain Real Asset Ventures, a subsidiary of Domain Capital Group, an institutional investment manager based in Atlanta, GA managing over $8.0 billion asset on behalf of institutional investors in the U.S. and Europe. Here Ferhat was responsible for establishing and capitalizing joint venture platforms in renewable energy, real estate and credit investments. Ferhat also served as senior director for Rubenstein Partners, a value-added office manager with over $3.4B in AUM, where he led the firm's capital raising team for direct co-investments and co-mingled debt and equity funds. Previously, Ferhat led the U.S. real estate group in New York on behalf of Threadmark, a global placement agent headquartered in London, where he was responsible for U.S. capital raising and origination across a number of mandates including real estate secondaries, office, and retail strategies. During his career, Ferhat has started and built several successful entrepreneurial businesses including one that developed strategic opportunities on behalf of a private real assets investment group with portfolio activities across the United States, Middle East, Europe and Latin America, and one designed as a real estate private equity investment manager and operator focused on real estate investments in emerging markets. Prior to launching these businesses, he worked in the private investment banking group for UBS in London. Ferhat began his private equity real estate career overseas, focusing on emerging markets, where he lived and worked for over 15 years in Turkey, London, Dubai, and Latin America. Ferhat, originally from Lubbock, TX, is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a dual BA in Political Science and History and holds a MSc. in Management and Finance from the London Business School, where he was a Sloan Fellow. He is a current member of Pension Real Estate Association was previously a member of the IREI Editorial Board. J. Taylor Billingsley - CTO, Founder

As Founder, Director and Chief Technology Officer, J. Taylor Billingsley leads JBB Advanced Technologies' mining strategies and operations, as well as the ongoing research and development in blockchain technology. Taylor entered the renewable energy industry for Sunfinity Renewable Energy in 2018, doing business development and analysis. During that time, he observed the ways that distributed generation technologies, such as solar, are inhibited by that way with which our electricity grid interacts with centralized generation and resale of electricity. Bringing way to a passion of pairing blockchain technologies and renewable infrastructures to create a more sustainable world. Taylor graduated from Texas Christian University (TCU) with a Bachelor of Science, with a major in kinesiology and a minor in business. At TCU he participated in R&D as a research assistant for the Kinesiology Department, focusing on athletic performance under a variety of controlled experiments. Through the kinesiology department, he also interned for Hangar Clinic of Prosthetic and Orthotic, where he helped to create customized prostheses, braces, supports, cranial helmets, and other devices designed to increase patients' mobility and activities of daily living. Starting in his early teens, Taylor started using open-source GNU/Linux operating systems to redeem his curiosity for technology and figuring out how all the different components worked together. It was at this time he also started learning to use various coding languages and other network services. As Chief Technology Officer for two renewable energy companies (Tri Global Energy and Sunfinity Renewable Energy), Taylor has been responsible for maintaining their various platforms and networks to maintain residential, commercial and utility scale renewable applications.

Jarod Moss - Chief Legal Officer

Jarod Moss serves as General Counsel, overseeing all aspects of Legal and Compliance, including without limitation, assisting with due diligence, structuring and documentation of strategic acquisitions, providing assistance with JBBAT's business strategy development, overseeing the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts, advising on corporate governance and employment matters, and identifying and managing legal risks as well as implementing strategies to mitigate such risks. With over 25 years' experience as a corporate M&A attorney, Jarod brings a deep understanding of the entire business ecosystem having previously practiced at a large, international law firm and as general counsel for companies in the real estate, technology, and healthcare industries. Jarod's experience includes managing acquisitions, strategic growth initiatives, securities offerings and general corporate advice, focusing on relationship-building nuances that help organizations overcome roadblocks, achieve vital alliances and realize their strategic goals. Jarod began his professional career in 1998 at Vinson & Elkins LLP, working in their Corporate Finance and Securities section. From V&E, Jarod transitioned from private practice to a general counsel role, initially working for Trammell Crow Company (Vice President and Assistant General Counsel), and then joining AmeriPath, Inc. (Vice President, Legal and Administration). At AmeriPath Jarod managed the company's acquisition and strategic activities and worked alongside other management to consummate a sale of AmeriPath to Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in a transaction valued at approximately $2 billion. Jarod then joined United Surgical Partners International, Inc., (Senior Vice President, Stragey/Vice President, Development) assisting with their development and acquisition activities. While overseeing the Strategy Department, Jarod managed the rollout of USPI's strategic initiatives. Following USPI's sale to Tenet Healthcare Corporation, Jarod returned to private practice as a partner at Bell, Nunnally & Martin LLP. Jarod is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern Methodist University's Law School, where he was on the Law Review.

John B. Billingsley Jr. - CEO, Chairman, Founder

As the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of the Company, John brings over seven decades of successful entrepreneurship to the table. He is a revered pioneer in renewable energy development and operation, advocating the merger of innovative technologies like artificial intelligence and blockchain with sustainable renewable energy to pave the way for a better future for generations to come. John's journey into business commenced at an early age. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 1961 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and founded an accounting firm before turning 25. This firm grew into one of Texas's largest independently owned CPA firms, later acquired by Arthur Young. In 1976, he acquired Western State Bank of Midland, presiding as its Chairman of the Board and President for six years, during which deposits surged from $10 million to $150 million. His success extended to real estate development, transforming 2.5 million square feet of mostly green-field space into office buildings, shopping centers, and a retail mall between 1978 and 1982. John firmly believes in conducting business that benefits the planet. In 2009, he established and led Tri Global Energy, LLC, a pioneering renewable energy company specializing in utility-scale projects harnessing wind and solar power. His innovative approach involved landowners and community stakeholders as partners, significantly different from the conventional wind industry land lease model. By early 2021, Tri Global Energy became the third-largest wind developer in the United States, with projects spanning across Texas, Illinois, Indiana, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Wyoming. In September 2022, Tri Global Energy was successfully acquired by Enbridge, Canada's largest energy company, marking a significant milestone. John departed Tri Global Energy as part of the sale transaction. Liliana Angel

Liliana develops, implements, and oversees a wide range of financial procedures and controls for our parent company, JBB Advanced Technologies, and subsidiaries. She helps to train key departments, including accounting, operations, and marketing, in best practices for expediting financial matters. Liliana's professional accounting experience covers almost 15 years in the United States and internationally, including positions with globally leading public accounting firms and private equity firms. Before joining JBB, Liliana was a Transaction Services Consultant with CohnReznick, a leading national advisory, assurance and tax firm, and a Transaction Services Senior Accountant with Whitley Penn, a tax, audit, and consulting services business with nine offices. She was also a Financial Reporting & Corporate Accounting Services - Senior Accountant for Fort Worth-based private equity firm TPG Global. Internationally, Liliana has held multiple positions with Deloitte (Mexico City and Colombia) as a Mergers and Acquisitions - Senior Accountant, assisting buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects in Mexico, Panama, and the United States, and as a Tax & Legal Senior Accountant (Columbia). She also served as an Audit Accountant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Medellin, Colombia. EDUCATION: Liliana holds a Bachelor of Public Accounting from Universidad de Medellin, Medellin, Colombia. She will complete a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst Certification in July 2024. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Susie Lomelino

Results-driven with 30+ years in branding, marketing, and communications, Susie Lomelino leads the company's marketing communications, including national and international efforts, industry and market development, government affairs and policy development, with the goal to build the corporate brand on behalf of JBB Advanced Technologies. Susie has extensive experience in executive level communications and marketing, having led national and global campaigns for many, diverse businesses from Fortune 1,000 companies to start-up companies, international and national government agencies, and non-profits. At the West Coast and Dallas offices of Hill & Knowlton Strategies, Susie served as account supervisor before moving to the United States headquarters of a midsize national advertising and public relations company, the Bloom Agency, which later merged with Paris-based Publicis, the world's largest advertising and communications company. There she served in several senior leadership positions in both the New York and Dallas headquarter offices before her appointment to President and CEO of Publicis Public Relations, growing that company to rank among the top 50 U.S. marketing communications firms. From 2015-2022, Susie created and directed communications and marketing initiatives for Tri Global Energy. In 1990, Susie received recognition from Queen Elizabeth of England for design and execution on an international campaign on behalf of New Zealand, a British Commonwealth country. Since 2015, Susie has developed and led multiple communications initiatives for Tri Global Energy, one of the nation's top five developers of renewable energy and the Texas leader in wind energy for more than a decade. Ongoing and proactive government relations outreach resulted in key policy development, corporate recognition from the White House and political leadership throughout the country. Susie attended Arizona State University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Broadcast Journalism. She was appointed to two fellowships: a fellowship serving in the Washington, D.C. office of U.S. Senator Dennis DeConcini from Arizona; and a Fellowship at Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. Susie also attended the University of Southern California, earning a Master of Arts in Public Relations and Communications.
