Jenkins Counseling Services was founded by James P. Jenkins, Jr. in 2008. Mr. Jenkins is a retired USAF veteran with twenty-years of honorable service. He served the community as a juvenile CASA supervisor for five-years and remains active in other volunteer services. Mr. Jenkins has been providing mental health and substance abuse services to the community in the Northwest Louisiana region for over ten-years...
