JIT RECRUITING - Key Persons
Ann Sylvia is the Leader of JIT Recruiting. She began her recruiting career 20+ years ago and worked her way up from candidate sourcing and interviewing to managing a specialty practice dedicated to recruiting Lean Six Sigma talent. She is committed to working as a partner to her clients with her eye on a win-win outcome. "A happy client comes back. A happy candidate becomes a client."
In addition to Lean Six Sigma, Ann has worked in non-profit, technology, higher education, oil and gas, and industrial manufacturing on a global basis. She has successfully placed candidates for clients in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, South America, and across Europe.
Outside of work, Ann likes to spend time with family and friends. She loves the outdoors and enjoys sports and fitness activities. Traveling and discovering new places and cultures is also something she likes to do. Ann volunteers her time supporting the annual candy fundraising sale for Holy Childhood (http://www.holychildhood.org/). This organization is near and dear to her heart as her Aunt, the late Sr. Pius Streb, was one of the original SSJs who founded and taught at the school.
