Kehloor Biosciences and Research center has been founded by young minds having strong aptitude towards the science and technology. It was started with the motive of enhancing agricultural productivity, promotion of organic farming and upliftment of rural population in the state of Himachal Pradesh. Since the state has huge biodiversity of valuable plants and animals, the initiative towards the utilization of Biotechnology and Microbiology education may prove beneficial to common man. Effective utilization of beneficial microorganisms and agricultural produce for the development of bio fertilizers and other valuable products will lead to economic growth of the people especially in rural settings. Research and development cell is working on the generation of novel technologies.
