Amy holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Hartford and an MBA in International Finance.

Ann Zylstra

Ann Zylstra has two decades of recruiting experience, specializing in placing highly sought after talent in sales, sales management and engineering positions within technology companies. Her roots in tech recruiting were planted in the dotcom boom and startup frenzy of the late 90s. She worked with the elite technical engineers everyone wanted for contract and the sales people who could pitch and sell completely new ideas in unchartered territory. Many of those relationships continue to this day due to Ann's personal approach to helping talented people make successful career moves that have a powerful impact on their lives. She has built a vast and ever growing network of experienced, top performing professionals in the tech space. Ann is very well connected to hiring managers as well with an array of technical companies and has a strong sense of loyalty and dedication to serving those clients with the highest standards. John began his career in medical sales and moved in to technology in the late '90s. John has a track record of success leading sales teams in software and services firms. His wealth of contacts within the high tech industry makes him an asset to any hiring organization. He has experience building start up and large enterprise organizations at both the executive and individual contributor levels. John has been involved with over 1000 sales placements across different industries. John takes a consultative approach to partnering with his clients. The goal is quality, not quantity when it comes to building an organization. John strives to always find candidates that are both a skill and culture fit within the hiring organization.

Kathryn Krischer

Through boom or bust, she has an understanding of what it takes to be driven to success within various industries.Her professional career began and rolled through the internet bubble. In the Bay Area, she sold enterprise e-Learning software to major universities, that enhanced quality of learning and reduced cost of higher education. After several years in software and a little world travel, Monica switched gears and launched into medical device sales where she worked with local SF hospitals, talented surgeons, residents and staff. Monica continues to help fundraise and do volunteer work for local children's organizations. In her spare time she loves being active with family, playing tennis, hiking the beautiful Bay Area trails, running and travel. Monica graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality & Business Management from Washington State University.
