Dan Bowers

Job Titles:

Dan is a CMI (Certified Master Inspector, Certified by the Master Inspector Certification Board). Dan was one of the 1st two inspectors in the Midwest and has over 35 years of residential, commercial and environmental inspection experience. He is a licensed home builder; licensed HVAC contractor; a licensed radon technician, a FHA approved inspector and a code certified inspector. Dan also does environmental inspections and is a Certified IAC2 mold inspector with the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants. Dan is also Certified in Thermal Imaging (Infrared). Dan is also an expert witness and has served on the National Board of ASHI as well as having been the President of the state InterNACHI Chapter. Dan is also a national trainer and has trained hundreds of inspectors locally and throughout the country.

Justin Kurtz

Justin is a 2nd generation Home Inspector and has inspected hundreds of residential and commercial properties in the Kansas City area since 2007. After several years in HVAC service, Justin was ready for a career change and decided to join his father's inspection business. Justin attended PITI (Professional Inspection Training Instruction) in Kansas City for his formal training and then mentored under his father John who has over 25 yrs in the inspection industry and was a member of NAHI, ASHI and of InterNACHI. Justin is Vice-President of the Heartlands Regional InterNACHI chapter in Kansas City, and has become one of PITI's instructors for the past 5 yrs.

Mitch Harris

Mitch has inspected residential and commercial properties in Central Kansas since 2007. Originally trained by the HE/A Better School of Building Inspections in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is a CMI (Certified Master Inspector, certified by the Master Inspector Certification Board). Mitch also does environmental inspections and is a IAC2 mold inspector - Certified by the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants. Mitch is Certified by the Kansas Department of Health & Environment as a Radon Measurement Technician. He has also taken hundreds of hours of additional inspection courses and been trained and Certified by InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home inspectors.

Pat Butler

Pat holds over twenty (20) certifications from five (5) separate institutions in Residential, Commercial and Chimney Inspections as well as Radon, Indoor Air Quality and Mold Testing along with Protocol Writing, Thermal Imaging (Infrared) and more. Pat serves Manhattan and most of mid-Kansas.
