Through this website, we aim to educate and inform the public about the Council's actions, impact and contribution in regulating and protecting the real estate profession according to the Cyprus real estate law, while enabling our visitors to browse through thousands of properties listed only by licensed real estate agents... The Real Estate Agents Registration Council is a semi-governmental organization that reports to the Ministry of Interior and its purpose is the proper observance of the Law on Real Estate Agents No. 71 (I) 2010 and amendment 157 (I) 2012... Our main goal is to safeguard potential buyers from unlicensed real estate agents and protect them from possible money scams.
