Jim oversees current client relationships, develops new business, and assists client with investments, planning, and taxes. Joann Marsili is Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing and Sales at Fidelity Bank. With over 25 years of marketing and sales management experience, her background includes strategic planning; sales strategy, execution and management; marketing communications; e-commerce and digital delivery; product development; marketing research; and retail banking. As member of the senior management team at Fidelity Bank, she is responsible for setting the strategic marketing direction for the Bank, including corporate communications, marketing analysis, marketing communication and public relations. Additionally, she has overseen the development of digital delivery, including building online account opening platforms for deposits, mortgages and consumer loans. The department has been named a top 50 Bank in Social Media and continues to support record growth, customer growth and retention, and brand awareness. Ms. McNichols has over 30 years of experience in Trust services and more than 15 years on Human Resources. As a member of the Sr. Management Team at Fidelity Bank she holds positions on various committees in the organization. As the head of the human resources department at Fidelity Bank she is responsible for oversight of setting and implementing strategic direction for employer/employee related programs, training, and achieving organizational human resource goals. Terri Hinton is Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Fidelity Bank Wealth Management.
