Once agreement has been achieved on what the "top-priority issues" and/or "key improvements" for the business are, Kevin's approach is to continue working closely with the company's existing staff resources to methodically achieve their realization through continual "teaching, coaching, guiding and encouraging" as it is always his own expressed objective to leave the company's existing staff resources fully-trained and capable of managing the new business process(es) and/or system(s.) Says he: "I see myself as being hired to "teach the existing accounting/finance staff how to fish" so that they can continue nourishing the wellness of the company long-after I've departed!"...
