KENNETH D. DUGAN

Kenneth Dugan has practiced law since 1991, focusing primarily on civil litigation and corporate law. Ken handles a majority of the large civil, trial cases in the firm, including medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. Ken graduated summa cum laude from Western Illinois University in 1988, where he was first-team Academic All-American in soccer. He then graduated with high honors from the University of Texas School of Law. Ken was a chancellor-at-large and member of the Texas Law Review. Mr. Dugan began his practice in Dallas in 1991, with the prestigious firm of Strasburger and Price. Mr. Dugan married Jeni Martin in 2000. He then moved to Carlsbad in 2006 to join the family firm of Martin, Dugan and Martin. Mr. Dugan represents local businesses and individuals in many different practice areas, including real estate, oil and gas development, and commercial transactions. Ken handles personal injury, accident and medical malpractice cases. Ken spends most of his personal time with his four lovely children and wife, Jeni. Ken has coached his children and other youth in Carlsbad for years in various sports. You may have heard Ken from the sidelines on the soccer fields or basketball courts around town. Ken has also taught various Sunday School classes and continues to try to place the Lord first in all he does. Lane Martin

Lane Martin is an attorney with expertise and experience in the areas of probate, estate planning, family law, employment law, real estate and commercial transactions, and litigation. In recent years Lane's probate, estate planning, and family law practice has grown to be one of the most successful in the area. He is also known as a successful mediator and guardian ad litem attorney. Lane's family law practice is unique because it includes experience and expertise with representing families seeking to adopt a child. Lane is extremely familiar with the adoption process, both personally and professionally, and is frequently called upon to give advice to potential adoptive parents. Lane grew up in Carlsbad, New Mexico. After graduating from Carlsbad High School Lane attended McMurry University in Abilene, Texas. After graduating from McMurry Lane attended The University of Tulsa College of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma. While attending the University of Tulsa he was member of Phi Delta Phi and the University of Tulsa Energy Law Journal for two years. Lane graduated from the University of Tulsa in 2003 and returned to Carlsbad. He serves on numerous community boards and a variety of other organizations. He has also been a guest speaker for a variety of organizations in the area. Lane In his spare time Lane enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and golfing. Lane and his wife, Amanda, have five children. He is a lifelong member of the First United Methodist Church in Carlsbad, New Mexico.
