LAND FINANCE - Key Persons
John has 20 years of underwriting experience structuring debt, equity, and the largest of land banking / off-balance sheet transactions. A known entity in this specialized niche, John enjoys an excellent reputation with builders and developers of large land developments and master-planned communities nationwide. John also has extensive experience underwriting hospitality resort products.
John is married with three boys. He serves as the president of the School Board for the Charter School for Global Leadership in Camden County, NJ. He is also on the board of the East Greenwich Soccer Association and enjoys coaching his boys' baseball and soccer teams.
Kyle has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate finance industry. Prior to LFG, he founded another industry specific company, Hotel Finance Specialists, LLC, a specialty finance firm that provided financing for the development of more than 125 hotels.
Kyle is an active participant of both the Aspen Institute and the Renaissance Weekend think tanks. He is a UNC-Chapel Hill graduate and a North Carolina native. Most importantly, Kyle and his wife have their hands full with young twins!
